Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive to join our team and provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle IT-related queries efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Address customer questions, provide information, and offer solutions to resolve problems or complaints. For example, troubleshooting technical issues, explaining product features, or guiding customers through processes.
- Guide customers on how to use a product or service effectively. For instance, provide instructions, demonstrate features, or suggest best practices to improve the customer’s experience.
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the details of inquiries, resolutions, and any follow-up actions taken.
- Provide customers with a positive and personalized experience, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and FAQs.
- Ensure timely follow-up on technical queries and requests.
- Develop guidelines for customer support aligning with the company’s objectives
- Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and best practices to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, especially within the IT product sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with other web technologies and programming languages is a plus.
- Ability work with in rotational Shift.
