Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and models tailored to complex business challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable, data-driven technical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI/ML methodologies and technologies, driving innovation and continuous improvement in applied solutions.
• Integrate third-party AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) into enterprise-grade software and web applications.
• Architect and implement intelligent automation workflows, conversational agents (chatbots), and decision-making systems based on defined logic and user behavior.
• Develop AI-driven user interfaces and recommendation systems using both custom development and no-code/low-code AI platforms when appropriate.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models using large-scale, high-dimensional datasets to ensure accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• Monitor, evaluate, and iteratively enhance the performance of deployed AI/ML models using rigorous testing and performance metrics.
• Perform data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, and preprocessing from diverse sources to ensure the creation of high-quality training datasets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements, research publications, and cutting-edge tools in AI/ML to inform strategy and solution design.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practice adoption.
