Overview
The Senior Inside Partner Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction, and achieve business targets. This role involves working closely with internal sales teams, providing partners with necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their performance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Sales Enablement
- Onboard new partners and provide ongoing training on products, tools, and processes
- Conduct regular webinars, product updates, and enablement sessions
- Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, logistics, finance) to address partner needs
- Ensure timely resolution of partner issues (pricing, delivery, commissions, etc.)
- Maintain accurate partner records and communication in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, channel/partner management, or account management (B2B preferred).
- Experience in SaaS, industries in (Billing & Accounting ) is a plus.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
