Overview
The Growth Manager is responsible for driving scalable growth across the company by identifying opportunities, optimizing user acquisition channels, and improving customer retention through data-driven strategies. This role blends marketing, product, analytics, and business strategy to accelerate overall revenue and market share.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals.
 - Identify high-impact channels and tactics for customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
 - Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
 
Data-Driven Optimization
- Analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn to drive continuous improvement.
 - Conduct A/B tests, cohort analyses, and funnel optimization to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
 - Translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
 
Acquisition & Conversion
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
 - Explore new acquisition channels such as partnerships, influencer marketing, and referral programs.
 - Enhance website and landing page conversion rates using data and user behavior analysis.
 
Retention & Engagement
- Collaborate with product and CRM teams to design engagement campaigns and lifecycle communications.
 - Implement loyalty, referral, and reactivation programs to increase customer lifetime value.
 - Monitor NPS and customer feedback to drive retention improvements.
 
Growth Experiments & Innovation
- Ideate, test, and scale growth experiments across multiple channels.
 - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in growth and digital marketing.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
 - 3–5 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
 - Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, user base, or engagement metrics.
 - Experience in [IT industry, e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, Accounting, etc.] preferred.
 
Skills
