Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients for our Accounting & GST Software. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive software adoption.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure software satisfaction and retention.
- Provide training and on boarding support to new clients on the features and functionalities of the software.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (support, development, sales) to address queries and resolve issues.
- Assist clients with GST compliance, accounting processes, and troubleshooting software-related concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features and services.
- Gather client feedback and work with the product team to suggest software improvements.
- Monitor customer usage data and proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of the software..
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues resolved, and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in accounting, ERP, or GST software.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations, accounting principles, and taxation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Problem-solving mind set with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic accounting software knowledge.
Skills
- Experience in handling B2B clients
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience in accounting, billing, and GST software is Plus
