Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to clients using our Accounting, Billing, and GST Software. The role involves addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth software operations for users.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on using the software effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Accounting, Billing, and GST software.
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Gather client feedback and work with the product team to suggest software improvements.
- Conduct software training sessions and demos for new customers.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to the product team.
- Stay updated on new software features and GST regulations to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic accounting software knowledge.
Skills
- Communication and Presentation
- Basic In MS Office and Excel.
- Experience in accounting, billing, and GST software is Plus
- Ability to create user guides and FAQs for customers.
