Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent support to clients The role involves addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth software operations for users.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls / Make outgoing calls as per requirement
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to respective Point of Contact / in respective channel
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Inbound Chat Support – Respond with empathy & professionalism
- Troubleshoot Issues – Make sure users get quick and clear solutions
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Language Known – English + Tamil + kannada + Malyalam + Gujarati
Skills
- Communication and Presentation
- Basic In MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent typing skills
- Ability to create user guides and FAQs for customers.
