Overview
A Digital Marketing Manager is in charge of all aspects of an organization’s online marketing strategy, covering web-based research, outreach on social media, SEO (search engine optimization), newsletters and direct marketing, lead generation, brand building, and conversion. Digital marketing managers are usually in contact with IT when bug fixes need to be made. Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Track spending against planned budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Analyze ROI metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
- Plan comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to execute campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery, performance tracking, and reporting on key metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
