Overview
A Flutter Developer role involves designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework. This role also includes contributing to code reviews, bug fixes, and feature implementations while working with a cross-functional team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build custom UI components and ensure responsive, high-performance designs.
- Optimize apps for performance across Android, iOS, and other platforms (e.g., web, desktop).
- Integrate third-party APIs and native SDKs (especially Android SDK).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless app experiences.
- Debug and resolve technical issues and app crashes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in Flutter development.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and Android development trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Better Knowledge of Android native development (Kotlin/Java).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Familiarity with platform-specific code and native modules.
- Knowledge and Experience in deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Exposure to other platforms like web or desktop using Flutter.
