Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive data-driven marketing campaigns that maximize ROI across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and growth strategies. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets are met.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve performance.
- Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track and measure marketing success.
- Develop and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creative and landing pages
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Track and report on spending to ensure campaigns remain within budget.
Qualifications
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
