Overview
Sales Executive is responsible for managing incoming leads generated by marketing efforts, qualifying their needs, and converting them into paying customers by providing detailed product information, addressing concerns, and ultimately closing deals through a consultative selling approach, all while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and building positive relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing Inbound and out bound calls to prospective clients, introducing them company’s product and services.
- Understand customer pain points and identify how the software can address their specific business challenges.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate services based on their requirements.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Provide detailed information to clients about company’s product for business operations.
- Proven ability to qualify leads, build rapport, present effectively, handle objections, and close deals.
- Effectively handle customer objections related to price, features, competition, and address them with clear explanations and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, present proposals, and close deals by securing purchase orders and contracts within established sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and strategic plans using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software product features, functionalities, and technical specifications to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Prior experience working as a sales executive or in a similar role .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to qualify leads, build rapport, present effectively, handle objections, and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customer.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze sales data.
