Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate sales executive willing to join our sales team. They will be responsible for generating leads, keeping the CRM data updated, taking sales calls, and achieving the sales target.
As a sales executive, you should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, who is capable of driving sales growth. Eventually, you should be able to build a relationship with potential clients and close sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect customer contact information from market and follow up with leads.
- Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
- Present company products or services effectively and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Taking part in team meetings
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Experience in B2B Sales and B2C sales.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
