Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects focused on accounting, billing, and GST systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including frontend (React), backend (Node.js), or full stack developers.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and development plans.
• Collaborate with other developers to deliver product features as required by the goals of the team.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable web applications.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and GST regulations in software functionalities.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation using project management tools.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure product quality and performance.
• Facilitate regular sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings following Agile methodologies.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams, finance stakeholders, and senior management.
• Manage documentation, user training, and deployment strategies for a smooth product rollout.
• Drive performance optimization, continuous improvement, and innovation in the development process.
