Overview
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing personnel in the company’s inside sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew plans.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Cater to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew plans.
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategy.
- Report sales metrics.
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing).
- Understand the product in detail and provide a quick intro of its features to the users over the call – Meet Daily, Weekly and monthly targets as per company requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales
- Having Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & 1 year in team handling.
- Proven experience in Business development.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
- Team Handling at least 1 year +
- Language Known – English + Kannada
