Overview
The Business Analyst will evaluate current business processes, collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, and identify areas for operational improvement. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, this role will define requirements, develop strategic solutions, and support implementation—from conceptualization through UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change management. Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Mapping:
- Identify and target potential candidates through professional networks, databases, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and industry-specific communities.
- Conduct market mapping to understand where high-performing talent resides within competitors or target industries.
Head Hunting & Candidate Engagement:
- Approach passive candidates with tailored communication to generate interest in open roles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and desired skill sets.
- Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Future State Planning & Technology Scouting:
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends (e.g., AI, RPA, cloud, IoT, blockchain).
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new technologies.
- Recommend technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Assessment & Shortlisting:
- Screen candidates to evaluate fit for culture, skills, and experience.
- Present qualified shortlists and detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers.
Pipeline & Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate records using ATS/CRM tools.
- Build a proactive pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill positions.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track sourcing metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline progress and hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 Years of experience in headhunting, executive search, or specialized recruitment.
- Proven track record of closing senior, niche, or critical positions.
- Experience in recruitment for It, Non-It and Accounting preferred.
