Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to strategic growth. Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities by generating leads and building relationships with clients for company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (support, development, sales) to address queries and resolve issues.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Knowing the product to create demos for customers and move the sales cycle forward.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits.
- Implementing effective business and sales strategies by working closely with sales and marketing teams, and reporting to senior management
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutual value for the company and the client.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and strategic plans using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mind-set.
