  1. Go to GSTR 9C Offline Tool 

Under GSTR 9C, you will find a tab, click on “Prepare Offline.” 

  1. Upload JSON File 

Now, upload the JSON file you have generated from the offline tool. 

  1. File is Being Processed 

Wait until the portal is processing the uploaded file and refresh the page after a while. 

  1. Check Upload Status 

Once the process is complete, you will see one of the two messages below displayed on your screen. 

  • Processed With Errors 
  • Processed Successfully
  1. Download the Error Report

Click “Download Error Report” and upload the status. You will see a zip file downloaded on your system, which has GSTR 9C JSON File Error details.
