Here are the steps for performing a Multi month GSTR-2B report.

  • Select “Multi month GSTR-2B Report” from the Reports on the My Company page.

  • You have been redirected to the Multi Month GSTR-2B Report page based on the financial year selected on your “My Company” page.

  • In the “Enable Month” section, you can click to enter the government portal credentials and download the GSTR-2B data from the GST portal.(You need the Munim desktop app to download the data).

  • After downloading the data, you will see a page indicating which month’s data has already been downloaded and which month’s data is still pending. If the data for a month has not been downloaded, you will see a “Download” button. If the data has already been downloaded once, you will see a “Download Again” button.

  • After successfully downloading your data, you can view it month-wise and use it for Purchase vs. GSTR-2B reconciliation.
