Introduction
Previously, all ledger reports were available in a single combined module. Now, we have separated each ledger report into individual sections for better usability.
The Credit Ledger Report in Munim GST helps you view details of your Input Tax Credit (ITC), including available, utilized, and remaining credit.
Follow these steps to access and check the Credit Ledger Report:
Navigate to the Report:
- Go to the My Clients module
- Select the client company
- Click on the Reports button
- Select Ledger → Credit Ledger Report

Fetch Credit Ledger Data from GST Portal:
- Select the Financial Year
- Choose the Date Range
- Click on Download from GSTN

Viewing the Credit Ledger Report:
After fetching data, you can check:
- Date, Reference No., Tax Period Applicable, Description, Trans. Type, Amount Debited/Credited and Balance Available (IGST, CGST, SGST)
- You can also download the report using the Download Report option.
