Munim allows you to control the visibility of the HSN Summary Table in Sales Invoice print formats. This option is useful when you want to display HSN-wise taxable value and tax details on the invoice or hide the section based on your business requirements.
Why Use the HSN Summary Table?
The HSN Summary Table helps provide a consolidated view of:
- HSN/SAC-wise taxable value
- CGST, SGST, IGST, and CESS amounts
- Tax calculation summary by item classification
- Additional GST compliance information on printed invoices
Show or Hide HSN Summary in Invoice Print
Step 1: Open Printing Templates
- Go to Settings from the left menu.
- Click on Printing Templates.
Step 2: Select Sales Invoice Template
- Open the Sales Invoice print template.
- Select the required layout such as:
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Thermal
Step 3: Enable or Disable HSN Summary
- In the template settings panel, locate the Show HSN Summary option.
- Enable the checkbox to display the HSN Summary Table on the invoice print.
- Disable the checkbox if you do not want the HSN Summary Table to appear.

How It Appears in Invoice Print
When the Show HSN Summary option is enabled:
- An HSN Summary Table is displayed at the bottom of the invoice.
- The table shows HSN/SAC-wise taxable amounts and GST breakup.
- Tax values are grouped and presented in a clear summary format.
Important Notes
- The setting applies to the selected Sales Invoice print template.
- You can configure the option separately for different invoice layouts.
- The HSN Summary Table helps provide additional GST-related information on printed invoices.
- Changes will be reflected after saving the template settings.
Result
The Sales Invoice print will either display or hide the HSN Summary Table based on the selected template setting.
