Here you are able to create multiple companies on this page. It shows multiple types of companies list tab like All, Own, Managed, and Shared. Also, it shows the company name, organization type, state, and status.
Here two types of actions are available: Company edit and company view
- All tab: Here you can see all company lists and your company status
- Own: If you have an owner account then your company will show here
- Managed: If you have a manager account then your company will show here
- Shared: If you have a staff account then your company will show here
Create a new company step:
- Click on the user logo button.
- Click on the “My Company” button.
- Click on the Create company button.
- Fill in all the required data and click on the “Save” button

| Registration type | Here choose the registration type of your company like Regular, Composition, Consumer, Unregistered and Unknown. | Mandatory field |
| GSTIN/UIN | Here write your company GSTIN/UIN number. If your company registration type is Regular and Composition then you are able to write GST number otherwise this field is disabled | |
| Party type | Here select the party type. | |
| GST applicable from | As you write GST no, the GST applicable from the date will automatically come here. | |
| Company name | As you write GST no, the company name will automatically come here | Mandatory field |
| PAN/IT no. | As you write GST no, the PAN number will automatically come here | |
| Legal name | As you write GST no, the legal name will automatically come here | |
| Type of organization | As you write GST no, the type of organization will automatically come here | |
| Company logo | Here you can upload your company logo. | |
| Select industries | Here you can select the company industry type. | |
| Address 1 | As you write GST no, the address 1 data will automatically come here | Mandatory field |
| Address 2 | As you write GST no, the address 2 data will automatically come here | |
| Country | Here “India” by default is set. you are not able to write the country name. | |
| Pincode | As you write GST no, the Pincode will automatically come here | Mandatory field |
| State | As you write GST no, the state will automatically come here | |
| City | As you write GST no, the city will automatically come here | Mandatory field |
| Phone no. | Here you can add the company phone no. | |
| Mobile no. | Here you can add the company mobile no. | Mandatory field |
| Fax no. | Here you can add the company fax no. | |
| Here you can add the company email address. | Mandatory field | |
| Website | Here you can add the company website. | |
| Company establish from | As you write GST no, the company establish from date automatically comes here, and also you are able to change the company establish from date. | Mandatory field |
| Base currency information | The base currency information field is disabled. | |
| Number of decimal places | The number of decimal places is disabled. | |
| Save | This button is used to save the company details. | |
| Cancel | This button is used to cancel the company details. ( Work as for back button) |
| Shortcut | Description |
| Alt+S | Save- This shortcut is used to save the company details. |
| Alt+D | Discard- This shortcut is used to discard the company details. |
| Alt+C | Cancel- This shortcut is used to cancel the company details. ( work as for Back button) |
