How to set a new password for Munim Account?

You can add or change your Munim account password at any time from the My Profile page. The process includes OTP verification of your registered mobile number before setting a new password, ensuring your account remains secure.

How to Add Your Password
Step 1: Open the Security Settings
  1. Log in to your Munim account.
  2. Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select My Profile. Open the Security tab.


Step 2: Verify Your Mobile Number
  1. Confirm that your registered mobile number is displayed.
  2. Click Get OTP.
  3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.


Step 3: Enter a New Password
  1. Enter your New Password.
  2. Re-enter it in the Confirm Password field.

Your password should include:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (eg. A)
  • At least one lowercase letter (eg. a)
  • At least one number (eg. 1)
  • At least one special character (eg. #)


Step 4: Save the Changes
  1. After successful OTP verification and password entry, click Save.
  2. Your new password will be updated immediately.


Important Notes
  • OTP is sent only to your registered mobile number.
  • Use a strong password that meets the required security criteria.
  • Keep your password confidential and avoid sharing it with anyone.
  • Use your new password for all future logins.
Result

Your Munim account password is successfully updated and can be used for future logins.
