Overview
The Multiple Shipping Address feature allows you to maintain multiple shipping addresses for a customer and select the required address while creating a Sales Invoice.
This helps businesses manage customers who receive goods at different delivery locations.

Select a Shipping Address While Creating an Invoice
Option 1: Select an Existing Shipping Address
If shipping addresses are already configured for the customer:
- Create a new Sales Invoice.
- Select the customer account.
- Leave Is Shipping Party is Different unchecked if the shipping party is the same as the customer.
- Click Select Shipping Location.
- Choose the required shipping address from the list.

Option 2: Create a New Shipping Address from Invoice
If the required shipping address is not available:
- Click the Select Shipping Location field.
- Select Create New Address.
- Enter the shipping address details.
- Save the address.
The new shipping address will be available for future invoices.
Add and Manage Shipping Addresses in Account
Step 1: Open the Customer Account
- Go to Account Master > Account.
- Open the required customer account in Edit mode.

Step 2: Add a Shipping Address
- Click the Add Ship Address button.
- The Shipping Address sidebar will open.
- Enter the required shipping address details.
- Click Save.

Step 3: Manage Shipping Addresses
After saving the address, you can:
- Add additional shipping addresses.
- Mark an address as the default shipping address.
- Edit existing addresses.
- Remove addresses that are no longer required.

Set a Default Shipping Address
To automatically use a preferred shipping address during invoicing:
- Open the Shipping Address list.
- Click the menu option for the required address.
- Select Mark as Default.
The selected address will be used as the default shipping address during invoice creation.
Important Notes
- Multiple shipping addresses can be maintained for a single customer.
- New addresses can be added directly from the Sales Invoice screen.
- Default shipping addresses help speed up invoice creation.
- Changes made in the customer account are reflected while creating invoices.
