To change your Account E-mail/Mobile number, please follow these steps:

1. Click on “User account” located at the top right corner menu.

• For reference, please check this screenshot.

2. In the Profile details, click the “change” button located next to E-mail/Mobile number.

• A password confirmation popup will appear. Enter your password to continue.
• You can see an example of the password confirmation popup in this screenshot.

3. Change your E-mail/Mobile number and click “Get OTP”.

4. Enter the OTP you have received and click save.

Following these steps will allow you to successfully update your Account E-mail/Mobile number in our system.
