How to Reset Your Password
Step 1: Open the Forgot Password Page
- Open the Munim Login page.
- Click Forgot password?

Step 2: Verify Your Registered Mobile Number or Email
- Enter your registered Mobile Number or Email Address.
- Click Get OTP.

Step 3: Verify the OTP
- Check your registered mobile number or email for the OTP.
- Enter the OTP in the verification screen.
- After successful verification, you will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
Step 4: Create a New Password
- Enter your New Password.
- Re-enter the password in Confirm New Password.
- Ensure your password meets the required security criteria:
- Minimum 6 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character

Step 5: Save the New Password
- Click Set New Password.
- Your password will be updated successfully.
- Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.
