Munim allows you to add a Watermark to all module print templates. Watermarks can be used to enhance the appearance of transactions templates, display branding elements, or show custom text and images on printed documents.
Why Use a Watermark?
A watermark can help you:
- Add company branding to invoices
- Display custom text or an image, such as the company name
- Improve the professional appearance of printed invoices
- Include a company logo as a background image
Add a Watermark in Sales Invoice Print
Step 1: Open Printing Templates
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Printing Templates.
Step 2: Select the Sales Invoice Template
- Upon opening the Printing Templates page, the Sales Invoice template will be displayed by default.
- You may select a different template using the dropdown menu located in the top-right corner.
- Choose the relevant layout available based on module type:
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Thermal
Step 3: Enable Watermark
- Locate the Show Watermark option in the template settings.
- Enable the checkbox to activate watermark printing.

Configure the Watermark
After enabling the watermark option, you can choose one of the following:
Text Watermark
- Select the Text option.
- Enter the text you want to display as a watermark.
Examples:
Add text that aligns with your specific template type requirements.
- Company name
- Sample
- Duplicate
- Demo
- Paid
Image Watermark
- Select the Image option.
- Click Change.
- Upload the desired image or company logo.
- Save the selected image as your watermark.
Step 4: Save the Template
- Review the watermark preview on the right side.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
The watermark will now appear on template prints generated using the selected template.
Important Notes
- You can use either a text watermark or an image watermark.
- The watermark is displayed in the template print preview before saving.
- Different module templates can have different watermark settings.
- Changes take effect only after saving the template.
Result
The selected text or image watermark will be displayed on the templates print, improving document branding and presentation.
