The Delivery Challan Printing Template allows you to customise the appearance of your Delivery Challan printouts. You can choose different layouts, configure labels, adjust font size, display your company logo, and preview the template before printing.

Open Delivery Challan Printing Templates
You can access the Delivery Challan print settings using either of the following methods.
Method 1: From Settings
- Go to Settings.
- Click Printing Templates.
- Select Delivery Challan from the module dropdown.

Method 2: From the Delivery Challan Module
- Go to Sales > Delivery Challan.
- Click the Print icon.
- The Delivery Challan Printing Templates page will open.

Customise the Delivery Challan Template

The following options are available:

| Change Layout | Select the preferred Delivery Challan template. |
| Font Size | Choose the print font size from Very Small to Extra Large. |
| Duplicate Copy and Its Caption | Configure duplicate copies and customise their captions. |
| Show Logo | Display or hide the company logo. |
| Show Watermark | Display a text or image watermark on the template. |
| Set Fit to page | Enable this option to automatically adjust the document data to fit perfectly within the print page. |
| Show Transaction-wise Rate | Enable this setting to display rates on the printout, reflecting your selected configuration for inclusive or exclusive pricing. |
| Header Labels | Show, hide, or rename header fields. |
| Detail Labels | Show, hide, or rename item section labels. |
| Footer Labels | Show, hide, or rename footer fields. |
| HSN Summary | Display the HSN summary on the Delivery Challan. |
| Delivery Challan Terms & Conditions | Add or edit terms and conditions for the Delivery Challan. |
Preview the Template
After making the required changes:
- Review the Preview panel.
- Verify that the layout and displayed information are correct.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
Result
After saving:
- All Delivery Challan prints will use the configured template.
- The selected layout and display settings will be applied automatically.
- Your Delivery Challans will have a consistent and professional appearance.
Important Notes
- Changes affect only the Delivery Challan printing template.
- Always verify the preview before printing.
- You can modify the template at any time from Printing Templates.
