Munim allows you to create multiple invoice series for different business categories, branches, or transaction types. This helps maintain separate invoice numbering formats, such as INV for Retail Sales and WSINV for Wholesale Sales.

Create a New Invoice Series
Steps
- Go to Settings → Series Configuration.
- Click Create Series.
- Enter the required details:
- Series Name
- Voucher Type (Sales Invoice)
- Prefix (e.g., INV, WSINV)
- Suffix (Optional)
- Starting No.
- Length of Zero
- Click Save.

Use the Series in Sales Invoices
After creating the series, it becomes available during invoice creation.
Steps
- Go to Sales → Create Sales Invoice.
- Select the required customer and invoice details.
- Choose the desired Series Name from the dropdown.
- Complete the invoice and save it.
