The User Activities module helps you monitor actions performed by users across different modules in Munim. It records activities such as creating, updating, deleting, printing, and other operations along with the user name, date, and time, making it easy to track work history and improve accountability.

- Activity Tracking: View detailed logs of activities performed by your staff, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Date and Time Stamps: Each activity is recorded with precise date and time stamps, allowing you to track when specific tasks were completed.

Access User Activity module:
- First, click on the “Settings” option
- Second, click on the “User activity” option
Now, the user is able to add the “User Activity” module in the quick link and easily open the user activity module using the quick link.

| Module | Here you can see which module the activity is from. |
| Operation | Here you can check the specific operation that was performed in this activity. |
| User | Here you can see which user has performed the activity. here you can see tags named Own (Owner) and Staff (Staff member) |
| Date & Time | Here you can view the date and time when the activity was performed. |
| Field/Options | Description |
|---|---|
| Financial year field | This field is used to check activities of a specific financial year. Here you can select from available Financial year from dropdown list. |
| Filter | This filter is used to filter and show data with many criteria selection options. |
| Column search | This Column search is used to search column wise. Search boxes will appear in all columns when you click this option. |
| Show column | This functionality is used to show or hide any column available. |
| View more | This option is used to see more details of activity in some entries. |
Important Notes
- User Activities are automatically recorded whenever a supported operation is performed.
- Only activities available for the selected financial year are displayed.
- Activity logs are read-only and cannot be edited.
