“Place of Supply” add-in Sales invoice

The “Place of Supply” is a significant upgrade to our GST software. the “place of supply” is a crucial concept under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime. It determines which state’s GST is applicable to a particular transaction. The place of supply rules are designed to ensure that the tax revenue goes to the state where the consumption or utilization of goods or services occurs. Quick entry for Receipt Voucher

Our software has been substantially enhanced with the addition of Quick Input for the receipt voucher. To create a receipt voucher for this invoice, the money received option that was added to the sales invoice module is quite useful. Now, the user has the ability to produce a receipt voucher while creating a sales invoice. The file upload feature is an important upgrade to our software that gives you the facility to upload files for particular receipt vouchers and payment vouchers. Now the user is able to upload JPG, PNG, PDF, and Excel format files for Receipt and Payment vouchers. it is very helpful for uploading additional information about these vouchers. the user can easily upload and remove file attachments in our software. Advanced level Credit note and Debit note

We are improving the credit note and debit note features with advanced levels. We are adding “Reason” for credit notes and debit notes. Here multiple reasons are available for generating credit notes and debit notes like Post Sale Discount, Deficiency in Service, Correction in Invoices, Change in POS, Finalizations of Provisional Assessments, and Others. Generate JSON format report for GSTR1 & GSTR1 IFF

An important improvement to our software is the GSTR1 report in JSON format. now the user can download the GSTR1 report in JSON format. It is very helpful to upload the GSTR1 report to the government portal. To know more about this feature click on this link.

Narration added in Ledger Report

The addition of narration to the ledger report is a significant improvement to our product. The user’s special notes are displayed on this specific customer ledger report if they are added for any client on the invoice page. Example: Add a special note to the “ABC” customer’s sales invoice page. Then, when you check the “ABC” customer ledger report, the special note appears for the invoice.
