Overview
The Thermal Print Template feature allows you to customise invoice printing for thermal printers. You can select the paper size, adjust the font size, choose which information appears on the print, and configure column layouts to create clear and professional thermal invoices.

Configure a Thermal Print Template
Step 1: Open Thermal Print Settings
- Go to Settings.
- Click Printing Templates.
- Select the Thermal tab.

Step 2: Select Paper & Font Size
Choose the appropriate settings based on your printer:
- Thermal Print Paper Size
- 2 Inch (58 mm)
- 3 Inch (80 mm)
- 4 Inch (88 mm)
- Font Size
- Very Small
- Small
- Medium
- Large
- Extra Large
Step 3: Configure Print Options
Enable or disable the information you want to display on the thermal invoice, such as:

| Show Logo | Display your company logo on the thermal invoice by enabling this option. |
| Show E-Invoice Details | Here you can use this option to show or hide the E-invoice on Invoice print. |
| Change Invoice Title | This enables dynamic invoice titling, which automatically updates the title based on the specific GST rate applied to the invoice. |
| Save & Preview | Enable this option to see Invoice print preview right after saving the Invoice. |
| Show Transaction-wise Rate | Enable this option to show selected sale rate calculation type in Print, indicating whether the rate is inclusive or exclusive of taxes. |
| Setting for Header Labels | Here you can Show/Hide or Rename Header labels like Tax Invoice, Address, Bill to Ship to addresses, etc. |
| Setting for Detail Labels | Here you can Show/Hide or Rename Detail labels like Rate, GST, Name, Discount, etc. |
| Setting for Payment | Here you can enable and show your Bank details, UPI ID and its QR code for payment. |
| Setting for Footer Labels | Here you can Show/Hide or Rename Footer labels like, You have saved, Thank you text, Special note, Total amount etc. |
| Show Tax Details | Enable this option to show the Tax summary on the Invoice printout. |
| Terms and Conditions | Here you can add the Terms and Conditions you want to show on print. |
Customize Detail Labels
The Setting for Detail Labels option lets you control how item information appears on the invoice.
Configure Column Layout
- Open Setting for Detail Labels.
- Assign the required width (%) to each column.
- Ensure the total width equals 100%.
- Drag and drop fields that should appear in each column.

Maximum Supported Columns

Edit Column Labels
You can rename or rearrange the columns according to your business requirements.
Available fields include:
- Product/Service
- Batch/Lot No.
- Mfg. Date
- Exp. Date
- MRP
- HSN/SAC
- Manufacturer Code
- Free Quantity
- Discount
- Taxable Amount
- Tax
- CESS
- Total Amount

Result
After saving the template:
- Thermal invoices will use your selected paper size and font size.
- Only the configured fields and labels will be printed.
- The invoice layout will be optimised for your thermal printer.
Important Notes
- The combined width of all detail columns must always equal 100%.
- The number of available columns depends on the selected paper size.
- Use the preview to verify the layout before printing.
