The Munim Desktop Application provides quick and convenient access to Munim directly from your desktop. Once installed, you can launch the application without opening a browser and enjoy automatic updates and faster access to the software.

Method 1: Download from Munim
Step 1: Access the Download Option
You can download the desktop application in either of the following ways:
- Visit the Download Munim for your Desktop link.
- Log in to Munim and click Download Desktop App from the left menu.
Step 2: Download and Install
- Click Download Desktop App.
- Download the setup file.
- Run the installer and complete the installation.
After installation:
- The application will open automatically.
- A desktop shortcut will be created for quick access.
Method 2: Install Using Browser (PWA)
Step 1: Open Munim in Your Browser
- Open your preferred browser.
- Visit accounts.themunim.com.
- Log in to your Munim account.
Step 2: Install the Application
You can install the application using either of these options:
- Click the Install icon in the browser address bar.
- Or click the browser’s menu and select Install App.
Step 3: Launch the Application
- Once installed, a Munim icon will be created on your desktop.
- Double-click the icon to launch the application.
Installation Notes
- Run the setup file as Administrator.
- The installation process usually takes 1–2 minutes.
- A desktop shortcut named Munim GST Filing will be created automatically.
Updating the Application
The desktop application automatically checks for updates whenever it is opened.
If an update is available:
- You will be prompted to install it immediately.
- Simply click Restart to complete the update.
You can also manually check for updates by clicking Update from the application menu.
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If the application fails to install:
- Temporarily disable your antivirus software if it blocks the installer.
- If Windows shows a security warning, click More Info → Run Anyway.
- Make sure the installer is running as Administrator.
- Restart your computer and try again.
