The Purchase Bill Print Feature allows you to print Purchase Bills directly from the Purchase Bill List page. You can also customise the print layout, labels, font size, and other print settings to match your business requirements.
Why Use This Feature?
- Print Purchase Bills directly from the Purchase Bill List.
- Download or print bills with a single click.
- Customise the Purchase Bill print template.
- Preview the print layout before printing.
Print a Purchase Bill
- Go to Purchase > Purchase Bill.
- Locate the Purchase Bill you want to print.
- Click the three-dot (⋮) Action Menu next to the bill.
- Select one of the following:
- Print – Print the Purchase Bill.
- Download – Download the Purchase Bill.

Customise Purchase Bill Print Settings
You can modify the Purchase Bill print template using either of these methods:
Method 1: From Settings
- Go to Settings > Printing Templates.
- Select Purchase Bill from the module dropdown.
- Customise the required print settings.
- Click Save.
Method 2: From Purchase Bill List
- Open the Purchase Bill List.
- Click the Print button available at the top of the page.
- The Purchase Bill Printing Templates page will open.

Available Print Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Change Layout | Select the preferred Purchase Bill print layout. |
| Font Size | Choose the font size from Very Small to Extra Large. |
| Show Watermark | Display or hide a watermark on the print. |
| Set Fit to Page | Automatically adjust the bill’s content to fit within the printed page dimensions. |
| Show HSN Summary | Display the HSN-wise summary on the printed bill. |
| Purchase Bill Terms & Conditions | Print Terms & Conditions on the Purchase Bill. |
| Setting for Header Labels | Show, hide, or rename header labels. |
| Setting for Detail Labels | Customise the labels shown in the item table. |
| Setting for Footer Labels | Show, hide, or rename footer labels. |
| Preview | Preview the print before saving changes. |
Important Notes
- Changes made in Printing Templates apply to all future Purchase Bill prints.
- Always use the Preview option to verify the layout before printing.
- You can print directly from the Purchase Bill List without opening the Purchase Bill.
