2916 views With pleasure, we present the printing templates setting for the Delivery Challan, a new way to customise the delivery challan printing templates.
This module offers several print configuration choices. This setting improves the user’s view experience and helps you increase the design of your delivery challan print. Print versions of these two layouts are available here.
How to open Delivery Challan Printing Templates Setting:
- Go to the Settings module
- Click on Printing Templates Module

- Click on the module dropdown list, located in the top right side corner
- Select “Delivery Challan” module

OR
- Go to the Sales module and click the Delivery Challan option.
- Click on the Print icon to open print template settings.

- You will be redirected to the Printing templates setting for the Delivery challan page

| Field | Description |
| Change Layout | Here, you can select the preferred print template from the available options. |
| Font Size | Here, you can set font sizes ranging from Very Small to Extra Large. |
| Duplicate Copy and It’s Caption | Here, you can specify the desired number of print copies. |
| Show Logo | This setting is helpful for adding the company logo on the challan print. If you add the company logo on the company settings page, then the logo is shown here. |
| Show Watermark | This option facilitates the setting of background images or text within the print template. |
| Setting for Header labels | Here, you can set the header section labels of template, allowing you to either display or hide them, as well as rename them as needed. |
| Setting for Detail labels | Here, you can set the detail section labels of template, allowing you to either display or hide them, as well as rename them as needed. |
| Setting for Footer labels | Here, you can set the footer section labels of template, allowing you to either display or hide them, as well as rename them as needed. |
| Show HSN Summary | This feature displays an HSN-wise summary of the bill within the printed document. |
| Delivery Challan Terms & Conditions | This setting is helpful for adding an authorized signature to the quotation print. If you add the signature on the company settings page, then the signature is shown here. |
| Preview | Here, you can review the actual print preview of the template after the settings have been completed and saved. |
