Troubleshooting cases for WhatsApp Integration

If you are facing an error while sending an invoice on WhatsApp, below are the possible reasons for it.

1) Maybe poor internet connection

  • Please check internet is working on your Laptop / Personal computer.
  • If the system connection is working fine, then check internet connection of your mobile.
  • If the internet is disconnected from mobile during login, please try again by scanning the QR code.

2) Firewall issue

  • In case the firewall was enabled on your system also may problem in connection via web.whatsapp.com. Allow domain in firewall settings.

3) Suppose do you still facing an issue in login, then close the desktop application and start it again.
