Troubleshooting cases for WhatsApp Integration

If you are facing an error while sending an invoice on WhatsApp, below are the possible reasons for it.

1) Maybe poor internet connection

  • Please check internet is working on your Laptop / Personal computer.
  • If the system connection is working fine, then check the internet connection of your mobile.
  • If the internet is disconnected from mobile during login, please try again by scanning the QR code.

2) Firewall issue

  • In case the firewall was enabled on your system also may problem in connection via web.whatsapp.com. Allow domain in firewall settings.

3) Restart App

  • Suppose you still facing an issue in login, then close the desktop application and start it again.
